Hi, I’m Sasha.
I’m a Reformer Pilates coach, personal trainer, health coach, former bikini competitor, and mum of two young children based in Petts Wood, Bromley.
I help women build strength, confidence, mobility, and a healthier relationship with movement through personalised Reformer Pilates sessions designed for real life.
Whether you’re returning to exercise after years away, navigating motherhood, feeling stiff and disconnected from your body, or simply looking for movement that makes you feel good again, you’re in the right place.
I know what it feels like to feel strong, confident, and completely at home in your body.
I also know what it feels like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and not quite like yourself.
After placing 4th in a bikini competition, my priorities shifted. Life became less about chasing perfection and more about building lasting health, energy, confidence, and balance.
Like many women, I found myself navigating broken sleep, changing priorities, stress, motherhood, and the challenge of looking after everyone else while trying not to lose myself in the process.
That’s when I fell in love with Reformer Pilates.
It helped me reconnect with my body in a way that felt empowering rather than exhausting. Instead of constantly pushing harder, I learned how to build strength, improve mobility, support my core, and feel good in my body again.
Today, Reformer Pilates sits at the heart of the work I do with women.
My sessions are designed to help women feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies, regardless of their starting point.
There is no pressure to be perfect, no intimidating gym environment, and no expectation to already be fit.
Just expert guidance, personalised coaching, and a welcoming space where you can focus on yourself for a change.
With a background in personal training, health coaching, competitive fitness, and Reformer Pilates, I combine strength, movement, and sustainable health practices to help women feel their best.
Every woman who walks through my door has different goals, challenges, and experiences, which is why every session is tailored to the individual in front of me.
I am currently completing my Reformer Pilates qualification through APPI while continuing to work with clients and gain practical teaching experience.
